We've been given them (skins and all). I had seen the local villagers of Sagra out looking for snails

Ahh well that’s easy then you can just leave them out altogether, I often do as they’re not the easiest to find even though they are so slow ;-)

He'd be OK with both ingredients but his wife might not fancy the snails. Another friend said he eats mussels, so would probably be OK with snails. It's obviously just me... I'll eat the rice

Yes please! I must admit that I still prefer the rabbit and snails paella with chicken rather than rabbit, but I'll give it a whirl if you recommend it! 😉

the recipe is coming up, next week. paella is really versatile, once you get the process down, you can switch in different types of ingredients/change the stock to what you like. but yes, do give rabbit a go!
