Mugaritz chef, Andoni Aduriz is delivering a pre-service briefing. Like any good story-teller he is getting to his point, building up to the all important punch line. “Tonight is a glimpse into what Mugaritz is all about,” he says. “But it is possible that some people won’t get it. It will surprise some people. Some people won’t like it.”
