I was looking for a recipe for langoustine when you appeared in my search, knew there could only be one Olympian with your name. So pleased all is going well for you. It’s many years since we met, 25 years possibly more.

Halved it, grilled it, brushed with melted butter, garlic, sweet paprika and parsley. Delish. Kath is good, married to Chris, two boys, 13 and 11 and running her own wine subscription business with another lady, Fiona. The link is grapeandnectar.com

That’s great, after an English BA, Kath did an MA in Eng lit and Art History. She then decided to do a Master of Wine. Got her MW whilst working in various establishments ending at BB&R then decided to start this wine business with Fiona. Her married name is Dart. Her wines are truly delicious and we certainly benefit. What you are doing takes some courage but what a fantastic experience.
